MiniDOOM is a side-scrolling, fan made classic style game based on the classic Doom 1.

It was originally designed as part of a game programming course to show how to use GameMaker Studio. Because of this, it's not really a full-blown complete game, but if you're a fan of side-scrolling games or Doom, you'll want to check it out.
