While using NoVirusThanks UPX Easy GUI, it should be mentioned that it overwrites the original file and does not create a new one, so it is strongly recommended that you create a back before going through the process. You have several options available in the settings tab including make backup of the original file, force compression of suspicious files, omit compressing resources, no relocation stripping, no compression for the export section, and do not compress icons. You can also select the compression level if desired.
