This patch is a compilation of settings that the author has gathered which are designed to produce the best overall performance and quality of any Nvidia card using 5.xx, 6.xx, 7.xx, 10.xx, 11.xx and 12.xx Detonator drivers. 

This program is a REG file, which means you simple click it to install. Make sure you back up your registry first. Instructions on how to do so are in the readme.txt file.
