Panopreter Basic software is a text-to-speech/MP3 app that will read files, Word documents, and even web pages.
It easily converts text and files into spoken Wav and MP3 formats allowing for quick playback via your MP3 player. It supports batch file conversions as well as numerous languages. You can also have the option to pick a specific voice output.
