PassMark Rebooter can automate the PC testing process and can be run with PassMark BurnInTest as well as other 3rd party applications.

With Rebooter you can shutdown, reboot or log out of a PC, reboot a PC from the command line, set a PC reboot timer and set up a reboot loop. You can also reboot a PC multiple times in a cycle, and it includes the ability to reboot directly into your hardware stress testing plan, (when used with BurnInTest). You can also set it to force a shutdown or request a shutdown and enable/disable the Windows auto-login feature (NT/2000/XP only).

PassMark Rebooter can also be used to auto-launch all your third-party applications, and they can be scheduled to launch per cycle or after all cycles are completed. You also have the option to enter your PC login details allowing it to log you in upon restart. It will create a log file so that even if you step away during a cycle, you will still have access to all the details. Everything with this portable utility is wrapped up nicely in an easy-to-navigate UI, but if you happen to get stumped, there is an included help file with the software.
