PDF Password Locker & Remover can password protect your PDF documents and even limit how the locked PDF can be used even with the password.

The interface has a drop-down tab to the top right that opens PDF Password Protect or PDF Password Remover. You can drag-and-drop your PDF into the application or click on "Add PDF." Password options are numerous. However, if you like simplicity then select "Set User Password, " but you can also set the owner password as well. Some of the many other options, most already selected, include allowing comments, copying, text and graphics extraction, printing, and more. It's well thought out allowing your PDF to be as accessible as you like. Optionally, you can also choose the saved folder. Once completed you will find your PDF with the words _locked at the end.

In our tests locking a PDF took only seconds, as did unlocking it. Removing the password took a few seconds, but still, lightning fast.
