PokeNurse allows you to manage your Pokémon from Pokémon Go from your computer.

Once the app is installed, you will need to log in with your Pokémon or Google username and passwords. Google users will find that Google 2 Factor Authentication does not work and you will need to use AppPassword instead.

You can now list Pokemon, Pokedex number, Name, CP, IV, transfer Pokemon, evolve Pokemon and favorite or unfavorite Pokemon.

There's a ton of information about every Pokémon including type, weight, height, attack and defense HP and more. You can also select and transfer or evolve them easily.

It's a great option if you want, or have to, put your phone down or if you want to relax your eyes and manage your game on a larger screen.
