Portable Text Encryption provides a simple option to encrypt text.

It can be used for sending secure emails, messaging, IRC use, etc.; it can also be used to secure the data on USB flash drives. Portable Text Encryption supports AES-128/192/256 (ECB/CBC), Blowfish (ECB/CBC), DES / TripleDES (ECB/CBC/OFB/CFB), or RC4.

Portable Text Encryption requires no other utilities to perform; it is fully self-contained, making it an excellent choice for use from a USB Flash Drive, allowing quick encryption/decryption.
