Quantum Rush is an action-packed futuristic online racing game. 

Features:

a comprehensive system to modify and improve your racer
various racers with special capabilities depending on the manufacturer
gigantic race tracks on both the earth and in space
High-speed races beyond breaking the sound barrier
gunfights with mounted weapons and collectible pickups on the race tracks

Sadly, Quantum rush got sucked into the Green Light trap on Steam where the game became $9.99 shareware, was met with the typical mediocre reviews that many indies games are met with and has not updated it since December 2014. This is the last known free version.
