RunAsUser is a command-line utility that permits you to launch a program via a different user account from the current one.

This small straightforward utility will give you the ability to launch a program using a completely different user account via the command line.

To utilize RunAsUser, you need to specify the user, password, and the command which will execute as the specified user. RunAsUser always needs a password even if it is empty. The author has included the ScramblePwd tool which will generate scrambled passwords for use with your user accounts.

All the usage parameters are contained in the included INFO.txt file.
