Samsung Format Utility is a handy software that can be used to format the drive using either the FATS32 or NTFS file system.

With the help of the Samsung Format Utility application, you'll be able to easily wipe a the data from a HDD by re-formatting it. All you need to do is connect the device to your computer, pick it from the list and configure the formatting settings. You'll be able to choose the file system but also assign a volume label to the disk.
