Shims 7-Zipper is a portable freeware app to extract or add files in the 7-Zip format.

Shims 7-Zipper features a simple design to either extract or add to 7-Zip files.

To extract files, select an archive and where to extract and press Extract.

To add to an archive, select the folder and where to compress to.

Shims 7-Zipper will require Microsoft.Net 3.5 or higher.

While Shims 7-Zipper doesn't compete with the big boys, it does make extraction or adding 7-Zip files very simple.
