SSuite - Mail Merge Master is a portable tool that allows you to create a single letter or envelope per recipient using a specific address of from a data list.

The address/data list can be imported as a csv file, and may be created by using any spreadsheet application, or you can simply add the data inside the data block, and then export it as a csv file.

SSuite - Mail Merge Master allows you to simplify the sending of letters to multiple recipients by eliminating the need to repeatedly write out names for each of those intended recipients. This is accomplished by enabling you to set predefined text fields like; [NAME], [ADDRESS], [ADDRESS2] etc. Once configured, it will seamlessly replace those text fields with the names, addresses, etc., and produce mailings for those contacts.
