SSuite WindowsHelp32 Pack will help you get the correct version of the Windows Help program (WinHlp32.exe) for your specific OS.

The intended use for SSuite WindowsHelp32 Pack is to provide users with a single location to grab and run the correct version of the Windows Help program (WinHlp32.exe). This help file is no longer supported by Microsoft for unknown reasons. 

You are presented with everything you need within the application, and it covers both 32 and 64 Bit versions for Vista on up to Windows 10. To use SSuite WindowsHelp32 Pack, simply locate the operating system that you are running, double-click on the .msu file, follow the instructions, and Windows will complete the rest. When the file has finished, the help files will run perfectly on your machine.
