Start! provides you with a mildly customizable alternative to the standard start page for Chrome.

You can organize all your bookmarks easily by simply hitting the bookmark button, and they will appear in the upper pane. The lower pane will contain your Chrome web apps; you can also add your favorite news feed (MajorGeeks of course) to the page. Start! will also permit you to set a background or you can use the default (Flickr).

Nothing fancy here, just a simple personalized start page for Chrome.
