Super Launcher is a systray admin launcher capable of launching programs quickly and can optionally, with administrator rights, as another user, or both.

Super Launcher will permit adding any app/file shortcut directly to its straightforward interface allowing quick access from a central location. When it is not in use, it sits silently in the systray awaiting deployment. It will be a welcomed organizational tool to help keep your desktop neat and tidy from the numerous shortcuts that tend to accumulate over time.

One nice feature, and timesaver, is that anything you double-click from Super Launcher will launch with admin rights eliminating the need to bring up the right-click context, select that option, etc.
