SysTools Gmail Backup allows you to backup all your emails, contacts, calendars and documents from your Gmail account.

All the data stored by SysTools Gmail Backup is available even when you are offline as backup data stored in PST format (MS Outlook should be installed to convert Gmail to PST). It includes support for the secure backup creation of single and multiple user accounts and saves server space via its Delete After Download Option. You can also manage Internet bandwidth to ensure a stable backup. 

SysTools Gmail Backup supports backup to Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Apple Mail as well many others. This backup tool is intended for Free Gmail account backup and it will not save your Gmail Credentials to any of the author's databases.

Limitations:
