TortoiseSVN is an Apache SVN client implemented as a Windows shell extension. Also available for 64-Bit.

It is intended to help programmers manage different source code versions for their programs. Since it's not an integration for a specific IDE like Visual Studio, Eclipse, or others, you can use it with whatever development tools you like and any file.

TortoiseSVN makes sure that all commands are available directly from Windows Explorer as well as granting the ability to view the status of your files directly in Windows Explorer; it also allows moving files by simply right-dragging them in Windows Explorer. To keep things organized and efficient, you will have access to only the commands that make sense for the selected file/folder shown. You won't see any commands that you can't use in your particular situation.
