VOVSOFT Open Multiple Files permits the opening of multiple files at once and more.

VOVSOFT Open Multiple Files comes in a simple interface that gives you the option to also open multiple URLs, folders, and subfolders, including recursive. You can select specific files, URLs, etc.,  and set wait times for them to open.

Limitations:
The free version will auto-change screensavers, but there is a nag screen to purchase a license. For $19.99, you can eliminate the nag screen, disable update notifications, and get free lifetime updates.
