Weed Killer is designed to rid your system of old files from folders and can also be useful for limiting the buildup of temp files.
It will work perfectly on everything from a single workstation to multiple data centers. And it also provides you with an easy to fill multiple document interface (MDI)
form to test, edit or execute configurations, delegated removal via a console worker, and class definition for direct use within an application.
Weed Killer provides you with enhanced multi-layer wildcard support for folder-trees, the choice of regular expressions or traditional wildcards for file or folder patterns with the added capability of specifying inclusion and exclusion patterns. You can set multiple per file configurations, and the configuration extension is registered as a file type enabling you to open it directly from Windows Explorer.
Some other useful options for Weed Killer include; multiple configuration file editing, support for copy/paste, server restrictions on a configuration file, to limit what systems may execute the file when automated, and automatic assignment/removal of delete permissions for an NT credential on a targeted root folder.
