WinColor is a freeware utility to change the colors used for the taskbar, start menu, and desktop.

The program does exactly what it says but not in the prettiest, most intuitive way. My first instinct was to click to pre-defined colors on the right (see screenshots) and apply some sort of preset theme. But, instead you choose what section you want to change colors from the dropdown menu, then choose a color by sliding until you achieve the color you want or entering a custom color by numbers. Anyone who has done graphics in any way will recognize this layout. you can also add custom colors so they are easy to get later or to match to another area. While you can make some of these changes in your control panel, this portable app gives you a lot more option with the colors you can use on your computer giving you a unique look to look cool, show off or maybe to make Windows easier on your eyes.
