HTTrack Website Copier is an offline browser utility that allows you to download a site from the Internet to a local directory.

By allowing you to download a web site from the internet to a local directory, it will then permit the building of all directories, getting HTML, images, and other files from the server to your computer. 

HTTrack Website Copier will arrange the original site's relative link-structure and then you can simply open a page of the "mirrored" website right in your browser. You can then browse the site from link to link as if you were viewing it online. HTTrack Website Copier can also update an existing mirrored site, and resume interrupted downloads. It is fully configurable and has an integrated help system.
