Workrave is a program that assists in recovering and preventing Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). 

Workrave will frequently alert you to take micro-pauses and rest breaks. It can also be set to restrict you to your daily limit. Please refer to the feature comparison for a complete list of features and how the program performs with respect to other programs on the market. 

Workrave will also collect statistics on your computer usage. You will be able to view the number of breaks you take per day. It will also show you the number of breaks you skipped. You can also see your computer usage daily, weekly, or monthly if desired.
