The woman was at a Los Angeles, CA., VA when the textually incorrect incident was set in motion. The woman had originally gone to the VA to ask for help locating her missing (veteran) uncle.
The unidentified woman located VA officer Jason Fougere and began giving the the particulars to him, which included cell number, address, and a description of her uncle. He in turn gave her his card with his personal cell number written on the back.
Several days later the woman began receiving text messages from Fougere; the first one asking if she would like to get coffee and if she had a boyfriend - the women, at least in Fougere's mind was apparently playing hard to get by simply stating that she was "in a meeting." The text messages persisted culminating in a full length naked selfie of the officer holding a razor - not to sharp....

According to CBS Los Angeles, from there, the women said the texts became increasingly graphic and dirty.
One complimented the woman on her large breasts. “Your boobs are humongous,” he reportedly wrote on one text. “They must be fake. Those will be the first fake t–s I touch.”
That’s when the women said the naked selfie followed.
She texted him back, that he was “way out of line.” She added the officer was “very disrespectful. Please DO NOT contact me.”
Fougere allegedly replied, “Very sorry! I won’t contact you anymore!”
The VA has launched an internal investigation and Fougere has been stripped of law enforcement authority and reassigned until the investigation has been completed.
