Wow. Meet Daniel Totulis, 21, from Gainesville, Florida.
Cops spotted him coming up the road speeding but also the fact that he was dragging a tree that was bouncing off the asphalt and shooting sparks from the chain.
Totulis told officers that he wanted to take a test to see if he was drunk, the report said. Apparently he was unaware that he could barely stand and missed his nose in the sobriety test.
Test taken and failed.
The Gainsville Sun reports that he was arrested on a charge of DUI after his breath tests registered .190 and .185, twice the legal threshold in Florida for DUI.
He never offered an explanation for dragging the tree down the road.
