Say hello to Rodger Wayne Runyon, 68 of Fort Pierce, Florida, just up the road from me.
Believe it or not, an officer on routine patrol Runyon poking a woman in the chest near the front of the Lucky 7 Food Mart in Fort Pierce.
Runyon claimed that the woman, identified as Teresa Sessions, had walked up to his car and asked him for money. He says he then took out his wallet and Sessions reached into the car and grabbed $20 from his hand.
He got out of his car and was trying to get his 20 bucks back according to him. Session on the other hand claims that Runyon had waved her over to his car and offered her $20 for oral sex and when she refused his offer, he told her that he was a police officer and was going to take her to jail if she did not give him oral sex.
He was indeed found wearing his concealed carry permit around his neck claiming it was a badge.
When investigators asked Runyon why he was in the area and where he was working he said, "I am invoking my Fifth Amendment right, and we are done talking. I don't like you."
Runyon is facing charges of battery, impersonation of a police officer and procuring for prostitution.
