What do you do when you have no cash to pay the pizza delivery man? Normal people generally are prepared with cash when ordering out. Florida people cram as much of the pizza and accompanying sides into their mouth as fast as possible.
James Chandler, 60, was arrested and delivered to the St. Lucie County jail after he did just that. According to the Off the Beat with Will Greenlee story the driver gave Chandler the pizza, but he didn’t pay. He said he had a store credit, but the driver called Domino’s and the manager indicated that wasn’t the case.
“(The driver) stated that she told Chandler he did not have store credit and at that moment Chandler started shoving pizza and cinnamon sticks into his mouth,” the affidavit states.
Chandler managed to polish off all the cinnamon sticks.
The driver said after Chandler shoved the food in his mouth he shoved the pizza box into her chest.
