If you argue with your boss, for whatever the reason, it is not advisable to bury him with a front-end loader.
Erick Cox, 32, got into an argument with his boss at a construction site in DeBary, and by the look on his face from the mugshot, there was no reasoning with him.
As the verbal continued, Cox allegedly jumped into a loader and dumped 2 loads of dirt onto his boss, pinning him to the ground. But that was not enough for this obviously level-headed rager. He grabbed an aluminum pipe and proceeded to kiss him upside the head causing a large cut on his bosses head.
Cox told responding officers that it was by accident that he dumped 2 loads of dirt on his boss - he was reaching for his keys...twice.
Cox was arrested and charged with aggravated battery.
