A woman in Orlando FL., was pulled over for driving erratically, she managed to surprise police by emerging from her vehicle wearing a nude colored bathing suit sporting an BAC of .120.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, Kristine M. Gagnier, a water-sports athlete, was pulled over just before 2 a.m. Friday for driving a Chevy Cavalier erratically on Orange Avenue, the report said.
Gagnier, a wakeskater, failed sobriety tests after she was stopped by Deputy Jeff Lotter.
A breath test pegged her blood-alcohol level at .120 and .121 more than an hour after she was pulled over.
The deputy noted "several indicators that lead me to believe that Gagnier was impaired,'' including an alcohol odor, red eyes, slurred speech and an "admittance to drinking," the report said.
Before he made her perform field-sobriety tests, Lotter asked if she had any medical problems. She said no.
"Gagnier was wearing zombie contacts," the report said.
She failed the tests and was arrested.
She was taken to the Orange County DUI Center, where breath tests were taken shorty after 3 a.m.
"After the breath test Gagnier was allowed to go to the bathroom and allowed to put on a jail jump suit," the report said. "Gagnier was further processed and transported to the jail. (note: It was Halloween, Gagnier was dressed as a pig in a nude color bathing suit.)
