Another man, Lee Gray, aka Supremesmoke, was indicted in Indiana earlier this week on federal charges of drug trafficking and money laundering.
Gray used the deep web to sell narcotics via black market websites.
Gray used the underground Black Bank, an underground marketplace that is not accessible via standard search engines and where users can remain anonymous, for the sales of heroin with payments made in Bitcoins.
According to a release, Gray offered express shipping for $25 to $30, as well as free first class shipping.
It is alleged that Gray opened various bank accounts and received payments under various names. He received wire transfers from overseas companies that offered bitcoin exchange services.
If convicted, Gray is facing a possible sentence of up to 20 years on each count.
