Is Microsoft sending out Copyright Strikes against YouTube users bashing Windows 8.1?

According to Eli The Computer Guy on YouTube Microsoft is sending out Copyright Strikes against people knocking Windows 81 on YouTube. Naturally, as we well know, if you have to deal with companies the size of Microsoft or Google then good luck getting a person who cares and wants to resolve it. Hopefully by sharing this video we can take a step towards these gigantic companies and their “we don’t care” attitude. As you will find out, days later no one has gotten responses.
Eli says
"Microsoft decided to silence YouTube Tech Creators by sending out a massive number of Copyright Strikes against content that does not actually infringe on their Intellectual Property. Neither Microsoft nor YouTube seem to be taking this seriously and are not fixing their blatant error in a manor most people would consider speedy.
This is causing real and actual harm to content creators and if my illegal strike holds will force me from using YouTube as my primary platform."
He's not the only one either...
Good idea Microsoft, keep attacking your long term users. You're already on an uphill battle. Go fire your lawyers and hire some better coders.
