Kid goes to day care with 48 packets of heroin

Posted by: Timothy Weaver on 03/13/2014 11:18 AM [ comments Comments ]

A New Jersey dad had the bad luck of sending his kid to day care carrying 48 paper envelopes of heroin stuffed in his jacket.

He was arrested when the day care workers contacted police.

27-year-old Phillip Young was quickly arrested and charged with "endangering the welfare of a child." He was being held on $85,000 bail.

Police did note that there was "no indication the child was aware the drugs were in his jacket."
