Using Portable Software To Avoid Headaches

Bundleware, spyware, viruses, false positives. Avoid the headaches and learn how to use portable software. It's simply the BEST way to install and remove software on your computer.

I have long fought for the end to installers. What’s the point of having to install something only to have to avoid bundleware, startup items or processes, registry entries and more? Then, when you uninstall a program it almost never comes completely off your computer.

With portable software you simply extract the files to your computer, create a shortcut and run it. When done, uninstalling is as easy as deleting the folder.
