Who has more malware Google or Bing?

According to an 18 month study performed by the AV-TEST Institute in Magdeburg, Germany both Google and Bing provide us within their top search results sites that are infected with Trojans and various other malware.

This seemingly didn't come as any surprise to AV-TEST since they already suspected this was the case. The study concluded after testing as many as 40 million websites that Google had achieved better results than Bing, and furthermore Bing delivered five times as many infected websites as Google did over the course of the 18 months.

The moral of this story is that if you are going to surf the web you need to have adequate protection software to ward off any potential hazards to your system.

(I believe there is this awesome website that you can download said protection!)
