Wild Chihuahuas terrorize citizens

Packs of Chihuahuas are roaming the streets of Maryvale, a suburb of Phoenix, Arizona.

According to this report on Fox, gangs of the breed numbering up to 12 are terrorizing children and adults alike. "Yeah a lot of them they are out here chasing kids or going yard to yard, anywhere in groups of eight to twelve just running around," according to resident Ray Rios.

The problem is that by the time authorities arrive, the dogs have left. Residents are being asked to try to contain them in their yards until authorities arrive.
