How to Add Slow Motion Video Effects in Windows 10 & 11

The built-in Windows 10 Photos app also features the ability to edit videos. One feature that might interest you is adding slow motion to your videos. Here's how.
Right-click on any video and click Open with > Photos.
Click on Edit & Create. Click on Add slo-mo.
Select the portion of the video you want to add slow-motion to at the bottom.
At the top, move the slider from faster to slower to add the slow-motion speed.
Click on Save a copy. A copy of the new video will be saved in the same location.
