BMP Wrap is a portable tool that enables an email attachment that has been bounced back for security reasons to be successfully sent.
It happens, you attempt to send an email with an attachment, and it is bounced back because it is deemed an "illegal" attachment. You sometimes can store it in a ZIP as a workaround for this email security feature, but ISPs are savvy to this simple obfuscation of the file. This is the where BMP Wrap comes in to play.
BMP Wrap is designed to allow you to hide a file inside a valid .BMP image temporarily. Hidding the image like this allows you to send the BMP file to any recipient (that also has BMP Wrap) installed) and they can then extract that file from the BMP image. It allows you to send EXEs, DLLs, or whatever type of file format. All you need to do is save the EXE file to your desktop, and then drag the file you want to wrap/unwrap onto the BMPWrap Icon (a new .BMP file is created, the original file is left unmodified).
