CodeTwo QR Code Desktop Reader & Generator will work directly from your screen, webcam, files, or clipboard, putting the power at your fingertips no matter where the QR code is located. See something on TV of interest? Snap a pic of the code and send it to your machine. Generating codes is equally user-friendly. Turn on Generate mode, and you are good to go.

Operation is simple, with all the available options listed at the top of the interface. You can also change the size of the produced QR code from there when Generate mode is on. The default setting was relatively tiny, so we bumped it up to 350 pixels from the fixed option for our screenshots. If you are reading a QR code from your screen, like on a website, for instance, when you select that mode, your mouse cursor changes to a cross, allowing you to outline the target code for deciphering.
