How to Create a Printable Wi-Fi Login & Password QR Code
By Timothy Tibbetts |
Everyone is used to typing in a new Wi-Fi connection when visiting someone's home or business. It's often a tedious problem, pointing someone to a piece of paper you stuck to the wall. The visitor now has to type in many different letters, characters, and more, assuming the router has a secure password. How about a QR code you can quickly create so that anyone can scan and connect instantly and easily?
Video tutorial:
Open https://wificard.io/.
Type in your router name.
Type in your password. Optionally, click Hide password before printing.
You can rotate the image if you like or click Print to send to your Printer.
Cut out the new QR code, tape it anywhere you like, and impress your friends with how cool you are.
