Disable Downloaded Files from being Blocked in Windows contains two registry files to enable or disable downloaded files being blocked by Attachment Manager.

Download Disable Downloaded Files from being Blocked in Windows, and extract the two files:

Disable Block Downloaded Files.reg
Enable Block Downloaded Files.reg (Default)

Double-click Disable Block Downloaded Files.reg or Enable Block Downloaded Files.reg to enable or disable Disable Automatic Maintenance in Windows 10.

Click Yes when prompted by User Account Control.
Click Yes when prompted by Registry Editor.

Click OK when prompted by the Registry Editor.
