How to Add Unblock File Context Menu in Windows 10 & 11
By Timothy Tibbetts |
Windows Attachment Manager categorizes files into categories; High Rish, Moderate Risk, and Low Risk. After that, Windows SmartScreen warns you before opening a questionable file. We can simplify this process by adding a Context Menu item that allows you to right-click and unblock a folder and or the folder's contents.
Because seven changes to the registry are required, download the registry files from MajorGeeks.

There are two files included:
Add Unblock Context Menu.reg
Remove Unblock Context Menu.reg (Default)
Double-click Add Unblock Context Menu.reg or Remove Unblock Context Menu.reg to show or hide the Unblock File Context Menu.
Click Yes when prompted by User Account Control.
Click Yes when prompted by Registry Editor.
Click OK when prompted by the Registry Editor.
This tweak is included as part of MajorGeeks Registry Tweaks.
