extWatcher is a debugging aid that watches all browser extension installs, uninstalls, enables, and disables. It logs them regardless of source (i.e., user action, side-loading, Group Policy Update, etc.). It gives you the extension ID, name, reason, date, and time of action. There are no included options with extWatcher and, unfortunately, no export option we could find during testing, but you can copy and paste the data if needed.

extWatcher is a simple monitoring extension useful for debugging, but you can also use it to keep track of extension mods by other users on a shared machine.
