FMSLogo is a programming environment with an easy-to-use GUI that encourages learning, especially young children.

FMSLogo runs as a portable app. Extract the files and double-click fmslogo.exe. Other executables in the folder are for other languages, although that isn't well explained.

While geared towards children and amateurs, we found we needed to spend some time with the built-in help, including a tutorial, demo, and examples.
