Image Tuner is a program for batch resizing, converting, watermarking, and renaming your digital photos/images from/to JPEG, BMP, PNG, TIFF, and GIF formats.

With Image Tuner, you can easily resize, rename, watermark, and convert images in batch mode, and it uses a fast image resizing algorithm to help speed up the entire process. There are variable options and settings for advanced users and built-in size templates for iPod, iPhone, Facebook, Twitter, DVD, etc. You can configure compression/resolution ratios, and you can also load/save specific settings, including image lists, to suit your needs.

Image Tuner is set up with a simple and easy-to-navigate interface that supports drag n' drop of images with the option to preview them or display them via thumbnails. Once you have selected the photos to work with, you can choose the right pane's output option. If you experience any issues with the process, you can utilize the built-in Help file covering the most common scenarios.
