LibreCAD Portable has the ability to import multiple formats such as DXF, LFF, CXF, JWW, BMP, GIF, ICO, JPG, PNG, PPM, SVG, TIFF, WBMP, XBM, and TGA. Additionally, it allows export in various formats such as DXF, LFF, CXF, DDS, ICNS, PBM, PNG, ICO, BMP, SVG, TIFF, ICO, and PDF.

LibreCAD Portable offers various editing and drawing features to choose from; you can add numerous items to your drawings, including lines, points, circles, ellipses, splines, polylines, and text boxes. Furthermore, you can easily zoom in and out of your drawings. The software allows you to move, copy, align, rotate, mirror, scale, and trim elements. Additionally, you can lengthen, bevel, divide, stretch, delete, and explode text into letters.

With LibreCAD Portable, you can easily calculate distances between two points or from a point to an entity. You can also determine the angle between two lines and the total length of a selected element. Furthermore, managing layers is a breeze, with the ability to show/hide, add, remove, edit, or lock them with just a click of a button.
