PhotoFilmStrip will help to create video clips from your images in as little as three steps. 64 Bit also available.

To use PhotoFilmStrip, select your images (drag n' drop supported), determine the path of motion, and generate your media. The following output formats for VCD, SVCD, DVD, and FULL-HD are available.

The included slideshow effect AKA the "Ken Burns" effect and the image comments are generated in a subtitle file. You can additionally add in background music to add a more finished feel to your slideshow. One useful option is the ability to create your slideshow in Full-HD (1920 × 1080) resolution.

PhotoFilmStrip makes the process simple with its uncomplicated UI that will be comfortable even for the most novice of users but has enough flexibility to interest even the more seasoned user.
