PinWin is a minimal Open Source Windows system tray application that allows you to pin any windows to the top of the screen with one click.

With PinWin, you have the option to choose the window to pin from a systray menu list or by directly selecting it from the screen. With its minimal setup, PinWin can run quietly in the background until needed. Simple to set up and equally easy to use PinWin will be useful to any skill level user wanting a little more control over their desktop.
