After you have defined a set of tasks, VCL Shutdown Clock will monitor your system time and execute any defined tasks promptly. It offers the ability to define tasks to start at a custom date and time, or you can set it to perform them on a daily routine. VCL Shutdown Clock can also allow task execution depending on PC idle time as well as battery percentage.

This utility can also be used for immediate PC shut down by just right-clicking the systray icon. It can be set to run at startup (automatically minimized), and it can be instructed to provide a warning before any task execution.
