TrayIt! is a small free utility that allows you to minimize any program to the Windows tray rather than the Windows taskbar. 

Let's face it, the Windows task bar is prime real estate and there are just certain programs that we want to continue running in the background but do not want to take up the space on the task bar.  TrayIt is the perfect program to solve this problem as it allows you to set any window or application to minimize to the task tray and still continue to run.
