upToDate Downloader is a download manager that allows you to control what is updated via a custom download list.

UpToDate Downloader works based on a download list that you create. It stores the download data for each listed file (URL, file name, file date, etc.). The created download folder where the downloaded files are displayed includes the date equivalent to the original status that is stored on the server.

It works by comparing file data already stored in the download folder with the data stored in the user download list as well as the data accessed by the server containing the file. If it finds a difference during the comparison or a given file is not already in the download folder, upToDate Downloader will download the file. The result is that at the time of the download process, you will have the latest version present for use.

By having this utility at your disposal, you can keep the elements of your download list up to date. The download list you create can be modified, exported, imported and several lists can be linked together and it can also perform multi-threaded downloads. It was pretty simple to use and the fact that the lists are user-created tailors them to what you want rather than the one size fits all method of other like products.
